Cabot Design is always interested in talented and experienced engineers. If you have skills and/or experience in any of the following areas, please forward your CV to cabot@cabotdesign.com. NO AGENCIES PLEASE.

1. Stress and structural analysis, including traditional hand calculation/stressing methods.

2. Fatigue and damage tolerence.

3. Application development in an engineering context, particularly the creation of advanced spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and automation techniques using Visual Basic for Applications.

4. Linear static, non-linear or implicit highly non-linear finite element methods, including any experience of MSC PATRAN, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA or ABAQUS.

Current Urgent Requirements - July 2008

Due to continued growth, Cabot Design current have vacancies for graduate engineers with an interest in a career in the aerospace industry. The positions will involve the structural analysis of components and structures for the aerospace industry using the latest computer based analysis techniques.

The candidates would expected to be educated to degree level in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering, or alternatively a degree in a science subject.
